Getting started

Browse thousands of listings across eight European countries without an account. To save favorites, contact sellers, or list a property, create a free BixBuz account in under two minutes.

Searching listings

Filter by country, city, property type, price range, rooms, and amenities. Country and city pages help you explore each market. All listings are automatically translated into your language by AI.

Account & profile

Save properties to favorites, receive alerts for new matches, and manage language, currency, and notifications. Agents and developers get a dedicated dashboard to manage multiple listings and leads.

Listing a property (for agents)

Agents and private sellers publish listings with photos, descriptions, and pricing. Auto-translation reaches buyers in all six supported languages. Subscription plans offer higher visibility for professional users.

Payments & currency (HUF EUR GBP CHF RON)

Prices display in your preferred currency: EUR, HUF, GBP, CHF, and RON. Transaction currency is agreed with the seller. Subscriptions are processed via Stripe.

Messaging & AI translation

Contact sellers through our built-in messaging system. Messages are automatically translated so each party reads in their own language, optimized for real estate terminology.

Safety & privacy

All communication uses encrypted connections. We never share your data without consent. Report suspicious listings from any listing page. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
