Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the BixBuz online property marketplace.

BixBuz provides software tools to publish and browse property listings, message users, and purchase listing-related plans/credits. BixBuz is not a party to property sale/rental contracts between users unless expressly stated in writing.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.

Google sign-in is offered through Supabase Auth. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or soft-delete accounts for policy breaches, abuse, or legal reasons. Soft-deleted accounts are blocked from active use.

You retain responsibility for listing accuracy, legality, and rights to photos/text you upload.

Listings may be subject to moderation (pending/active/rejected states) and automated translation for multi-language display.

We may remove or restrict content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful to the platform or other users.

Paid features are billed through Stripe according to the plan/package shown at checkout.

Billing profile data you provide is used for payment and invoicing workflows. Invoice issuance via Számlázz.hu is integrated in code and may be enabled operationally; invoice issuance via Számlázz.hu may be used when enabled.

Prices, currencies and taxes displayed depend on domain/market configuration and billing rules in effect at purchase time.

Do not misuse the service (including scraping beyond permitted public interfaces, attempting unauthorized access, spam, fraud, or uploading malware).

BixBuz branding, site design and software remain our property. User content remains yours, with a licence for us to host, display, translate and process it to operate the service.

Listings are user-generated. We do not guarantee completeness, availability of a property, or outcome of negotiations.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion via Settings (soft delete) or by contacting support@bixbuz.eu.

Provisions that by nature should survive (including fees owed, IP, liability limits permitted by law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page applies from the stated update date. Material changes may be communicated via the site or email where appropriate.
