How We Use Artificial Intelligence
BixBuz uses AI to automatically translate property listing titles and descriptions from their original language into all six supported languages. This translation is performed by a third-party AI model and is clearly identified as AI-generated. We do not use AI to generate factual information about properties — dimensions, prices, locations and features always come from the listing seller.
Listing Moderation
All listings submitted to BixBuz are reviewed by our team before they go live. We check for completeness, accuracy of categorisation and compliance with our listing guidelines. Listings that appear to contain false information, duplicate content or promotional material unrelated to a specific property are rejected or removed.
GDPR and Data Protection
BixBuz operates under EU data protection law. User data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time from the account settings page.
Reporting Concerns
If you believe a listing contains inaccurate or misleading information, you can report it using the flag icon on the listing detail page. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours. For legal or compliance enquiries, contact us at the address listed in our privacy policy.
